Joshua Sprague is originally from Whitehorse, Yukon.  He attended St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia for his undergraduate studies and received his LL.B from the University of Western Ontario in 2006.  While pursuing his law degree, Josh was involved with Faculty of Law’s Community Legal Services, and the Business Law Clinic.

Josh was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2007.  His commercial law practice focuses on commercial and residential development and real estate transactions, lending transactions, incorporation and business agreements and wills and estate planning.

Josh sits on the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Ontario Bar Association.  In addition to maintaining his law practice, Josh is actively involved in athletics and he enjoys spending time volunteering for programs targeted toward Ottawa’s youth community.
