Edward (Ted) Masters has 24 years of experience as a civil litigation lawyer. In that time Ted has developed a strong reputation in eastern Ontario for helping people who have suffered severe personal injuries such as head trauma, paraplegia or quadriplegia. Ted’s clients appreciate his thorough legal knowledge and understanding of the physical, emotional, and financial challenges each client and their families must face. In full consultation with his clients, Ted seeks to maximize claim values while working towards an early resolution.

In addition to his personal injury and disability work, Ted also offers clients a wide range of litigation expertise including medical malpractice claims, commercial disputes, Indian Land Claims and Aboriginal Rights cases. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Nunavut Court of Justice and the Federal Court Trial Division.
