The Business law group advises clients on a broad range of matters. Lawyers provide advice in many specialized corporate areas such as incorporations and re-organizations, acquisition and disposition of businesses, shareholders’ rights and remedies, financing and commercial real estate.

This section advises on all federal and provincial legislation applicable to commercial transactions. The general commercial work includes purchases and sale of businesses, assets and shares, secured transactions, franchising, leasing and supply and service contracts, bankruptcy and insolvency.
